Bahrain: The Interior Ministry’s show jumping team secured first place in the Grand Prix at the Bahrain Royal Equestrian and Endurance Federation (BREEF) Showjumping Championship. The event took place at the Military Sports Union arena.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Brigadier Abdulaziz Al Rumaihi, the team’s supervisor, conveyed his highest congratulations to His Excellency Interior Minister General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa. He highlighted the support and close oversight provided by the Chief of Public Security, Lieutenant General Tariq Al Hassan, to all sports teams during their participation in various championships, which has played a crucial role in achieving commendable sporting results.
Brigadier Al Rumaihi also expressed gratitude to His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, President of BREEF, and Shaikh Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, Chairman of the Show Jumping Committee, for their preparation, organisation, and supervision of the championship, which ensured its success. Additionally, he extended thanks to the Military Sports Union for its efforts in the preparation and organisation of the event.
