Manama: His Excellency Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, Minister of Foreign Affairs, today received telephone calls from international and Arab counterparts, who conveyed their solidarity with the Kingdom of Bahrain and condemned the Iranian missile attacks targeting the Kingdom. They extended their wishes for Bahrain's continued security, stability, and peace.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the Minister of Foreign Affairs received calls from Hamish Falconer, Minister of State for the Middle East of the United Kingdom; Erywan Pehin Yusof, Second Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Sultanate of Brunei Darussalam; and Abdoulkader Houssein Omar, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and Government Spokesperson of the Republic of Djibouti.
Dr. Al Zayani expressed his appreciation and gratitude to the Ministers for their condemnation of the Iranian missile attacks against Bahrain, which targeted several sites including civilian facilities and private property. He also appreciated their solidarity with the Kingdom and their support for the measures it has taken to safeguard its security and stability. Dr. Al Zayani wished their countries continued security, stability, and peace.
