Manama: The Meteorological Directorate at the Ministry of Transportation and Telecommunications announced that the Kingdom of Bahrain will experience hot and humid weather conditions in the coming days due to light winds with variable directions affecting the region. According to Bahrain News Agency, the latest numerical weather models predict a gradual change in wind direction beginning on Wednesday morning, August 19. North-westerly winds are anticipated to persist through the weekend, increasing to moderate to fresh speeds and occasionally becoming strong. This shift is expected to result in a noticeable decrease in humidity and a relative improvement in weather conditions, particularly during nighttime and early morning hours. The Meteorological Directorate has advised citizens and residents, especially those planning to venture out to sea, to remain vigilant and adhere to official bulletins and warnings issued through its authorized channels to ensure public safety.
