Manama: Mazad announced a partnership with Qannati Objet d'Art to auction a one of a kind timepiece created to honour the Kingdom of Bahrain's pearl-diving heritage.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the Qannati Pearl Edition Quantum 1 timepiece will be auctioned exclusively on the Mazad platform during Jewellery Arabia 2025, offering collectors the opportunity to acquire a piece that brings together artistic design, cultural symbolism, and technical craftsmanship.
The piece features natural pearls set against a coral red wave inspired background that reflects Bahrain's maritime tradition, and is presented in a gold case with a leather strap.
The timepiece will be displayed at Jewellery Arabia 2025, held from 25 to 29 November 2025 at Exhibition World Bahrain, Hall 5, Booth 145, where Qannati Objet d'Art is showcasing a selection of its designs.
Nezar Habib, Chief Executive Officer of Mazad, said the partnership supports efforts to promote craftsmanship and strengthen Bahrain's luxury auction sector.
Mahmood Qannati, Founder of Qannati Objet d'Art, said the timepiece was created as a tribute to Bahrain's maritime and pearl-diving heritage and welcomed its presentation through a national platform.
