Manama: Lamea Association and the Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance (BIBF) have signed a Knowledge Partnership Agreement to support the national programme "Lamea". The agreement was signed by Shaikha Dhowa bint Khalid Al Khalifa, Chairperson of Lamea Association, and Dr. Ahmed Al Shaikh, CEO of BIBF.
According to Bahrain News Agency, this partnership will see BIBF providing specialised training programmes in communication, digital transformation, and project management. The goal is to prepare Bahraini youth for leadership roles and contribute to national development.
The collaboration aligns with Bahrain's Economic Vision 2030, aiming to equip youth with skills relevant for the future. Launched in 2021 under His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, His Majesty the King's Representative for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, Lamea focuses on developing outstanding Bahraini youth for professional and personal growth.
