Manama: His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa issued Decree-Law (37) of 2025, amending Article (161) of the Central Bank of Bahrain and Financial Institutions Law issued under Law (64) of 2006, based on the proposal of the Prime Minister and following the approval of the Cabinet.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the Prime Minister and ministers, each within their capacity, shall implement the provisions of this decree-law, which shall come into effect the day following its publication in the Official Gazette.
