Manama: In line with the directives of His Royal Highness Shaikh Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, Yousef bin Abdulhussain Khalaf, Minister of Legal Affairs and Acting Minister of Labour, participated in Tree Week activities by planting trees at the Ministry of Labour headquarters.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the initiative supports Bahrain's national afforestation plan, which aims to plant 3.6 million trees by 2035 as part of the Kingdom's vision to achieve carbon neutrality by 2060.
