A total of 555 Bahrain job seekers holding various qualifications had been employed in 410 private companies and institutions between October 31 and November 6, the Labour and Social Development Ministry has revealed, adding that 509 had benefited from various training programmes during the same period.
The Labour Ministry indicated that as many as 21,414 national job seekers have been employed so far in 6,007 institutions, out of the 25,000 targeted in the second edition of the National Employment Programme in 2021.
Regarding training, the Ministry said that the number of those who have received training has reached 10,093 to date, exceeding the 10,000 target for this year.
