Minister of Labour and Social Development, Jamil bin Mohammed Ali Humaidan, the Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA) Board Chairman, met with Bahraini Ambassador to Indonesia, Ahmed Abdullah Al Harmasi Al Hajeri, on the occasion of the issuance of the Royal Decree appointing him to his post.
The Labour and Social Development Minister congratulated him on the royal trust, wishing him every success in his diplomatic duties. He also updated him on the kingdom’s efforts in coordinating with the labour-exporting countries to protect the rights of the workers and employers while taking into consideration the international labour standards.
For his part, the Bahraini ambassador stressed keenness to promote cooperation with Indonesia, mainly regarding the recruitment of labour, while ensuring the rights of the three involved parties are protected.
