Kuwait city: Shereeda Abdulla Saad alMaousherji, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs of the State of Kuwait, received Salah Ali Al Maliki, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the State of Kuwait. The two sides reviewed the longstanding relations between the two countries and ways to further strengthen bilateral cooperation in line with the directives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Highness Shaikh Mishal Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah, Amir of the State of Kuwait, in support of the shared interests of the two countries and peoples.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the meeting also included an exchange of views on current regional developments and the efforts undertaken by the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries to continue joint coordination and cooperation in support of regional security and stability.
