Kuwaiti Deputy Foreign Minister Ambassador Mansour Al-Otaibi met on Tuesday with visiting former Nigerien Prime Minister, ex-chief of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation and Current Board Chairman of the High Authority for Waqf in Niger, Dr. Hamed Al-Ghabed.
During the meeting, the Nigerien official delivered a letter to His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah from President of Niger Mohammad Bazoum regarding friendly relations between Kuwait and Niger and ways of promoting them in all fields.
