King of Jordan and Kazakh President Conclude Kazakhstan-Jordan Business Forum

Astana: His Majesty King Abdullah II of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and His Excellency President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev of the Republic of Kazakhstan attended the closing session of the Kazakhstan-Jordan Business Forum in Astana. The forum aimed to explore investment opportunities and foster the development of economic partnerships between the two nations.

According to Bahrain News Agency, the forum saw the participation of approximately 200 representatives from companies and financial institutions from both Jordan and Kazakhstan. Among these were representatives from 44 Jordanian companies engaged in industries such as pharmaceuticals, fertilizers, agricultural products, and mining.

In addition to attending the forum, King Abdullah II visited Astana Hub, the largest start-up hub in Central Asia's ICT sector. During his visit, he received a briefing on various companies involved in government services, e-learning, logistics, and the application of technology in law enforcement.
