The Iranian Guide, Ali Khamenei, appointed the former Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council, Ali Shamkhani, as his Political Advisor and a member of the Expediency Discernment Council.
Ali Shamkhani held the position of Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council for 10 years and was the representative of the Leader of the Revolution in this Council.
Iranian President Ibrahim Raisi issued today, Monday, a decree appointing Ali Akbar Ahmadian as Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council.
