Manama: The Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs, and Waqf has signed a Memorandum of Cooperation (MoC) with the Euro University of Bahrain (EUB) to bolster joint scientific and professional collaboration in legal studies and training, aiming to enhance national capabilities and support specialized legal programs.

According to Bahrain News Agency, the memorandum was signed by Nawaf bin Mohammed Al Maawda, Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Waqf, and Andrew Nix, President of EUB. Additionally, both parties will exchange expertise in legal education and training, focusing on designing specialized training programs and coordinating related events.

Furthermore, the university will share its knowledge in information technology, multimedia, and digital transformation to enhance the institute's capability to offer advanced programs that meet the evolving needs of the legal domain. Minister Al Maawda emphasized the partnership's role in advancing legal and professional development programs and reiterated the ministry's dedication to collaborating with academic institutions to elevate national legal competencies.
