Jordans Military Intercepts Iranian Missiles

Amman: The Jordanian Armed Forces announced that they successfully intercepted 10 ballistic missiles launched from Iran, while three additional missiles landed in remote areas. The military reported that their air defense systems engaged a total of 13 ballistic missiles that breached the Kingdom's airspace. Fortunately, no casualties have been reported as the missiles that were not intercepted landed far from populated areas.

According to Deutsche Welle, US President Donald Trump previously remarked that recent strikes on Iran were a direct response to Iranian missile launches targeting US installations on Monday, as well as attempts to place mines in the Strait of Hormuz.
