Jordan Condemns Iranian Attacks on Bahrain and Kuwait

Amman: Jordan condemned on Saturday the renewed brutal Iranian attacks on the Kingdom of Bahrain and the State of Kuwait, targeting a power and water desalination plant, in flagrant violation of the sovereignty of states, a threat to their security, stability, and territorial integrity, a dangerous escalation and a blatant breach of international law and the Charter of the United Nations.

According to Union of OIC News Agencies, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates affirmed in a statement Jordan's absolute solidarity with the Kingdom of Bahrain and the State of Kuwait, and its support for all steps they take to protect their sovereignty, security, and the safety of their citizens and residents. The statement emphasized the importance of upholding international law and the principles of the United Nations Charter to maintain peace and stability in the region.
