Jakarta: The Jakarta Provincial Government has emphasized the crucial role of human capital development in infrastructure growth and the city's evolution into a global hub.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Atika Nur Rahmania, Head of the Jakarta Regional Development Planning Office (Bappeda), stated that the essence of a city is defined by the quality of its people rather than its physical infrastructure. She highlighted the importance of developing skilled and capable human resources as essential to Jakarta's future success.
Rahmania pointed out that a city's success depends on its residents' ability to continuously learn, adapt, and innovate in response to changing circumstances. She emphasized that development efforts must be accompanied by measures to ensure access to knowledge, skills, and opportunities that enable residents to achieve sustainable growth.
