Manama: In line with the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, Yousif Saleh Al Saleh, Chairman of the Jaafari Endowments Council, participated in Tree Week activities by planting trees at Shaikh Mansour Mosque in the Jid Al Haj area.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the initiative supports Bahrain's national afforestation plan, which aims to plant 3.6 million trees by 2035 as part of the Kingdom's vision to achieve carbon neutrality by 2060.
