Isa Town Commercial Complex to Launch in Late 2026

Isa town: Wael bin Nasser Al Mubarak, Minister of Municipalities Affairs and Agriculture, paid an inspection visit to the Isa Town Commercial Complex project following the completion of construction works. He announced that the complex is expected to open during the fourth quarter of 2026, highlighting its role as a key service project designed to foster collaboration with the private sector and improve the quality of services for citizens and residents.

According to Bahrain News Agency, the minister emphasized that the ministry is committed to enhancing markets and service facilities to meet modern standards, optimizing the use of municipal assets, and bolstering commercial activities. The Isa Town Commercial Complex represents a significant investment, with a total value of BHD 2.4 million. It is being developed, operated, and managed by Ramez International Group under a usufruct agreement.

The sprawling complex covers an area of 16,765 square metres and will feature various outlets offering fresh produce, meat, fish, poultry, and related products. Additionally, the facility will provide supporting amenities and more than 500 parking spaces to accommodate visitors. Ramez Mohammed Al Awadhi, Chairman of Ramez International Group, confirmed that the project is on track and will incorporate an integrated e-commerce and order fulfilment centre. This addition aims to enhance home delivery services and improve service efficiency in Isa Town and its surrounding areas.
