Manama: The Isa bin Salman Educational Charitable Trust has announced the commencement of applications for its bachelor's scholarship programmes for the 2026 - 2027 academic year, targeting high school graduates. According to Bahrain News Agency, this initiative is part of the trust's continuous efforts to bolster the education sector in Bahrain. By offering these scholarships, the trust aims to empower young Bahraini talent, providing them with opportunities to pursue higher education. Eligibility for these scholarships is restricted to Bahraini nationals who demonstrate good conduct and behavior. Applicants must either be graduates of the current academic year or have completed the foundation year within the same year. Additionally, they must meet the admission requirements of their chosen universities. A high school certificate or its equivalent is necessary, with a minimum cumulative average of 98% for medical programmes, 90% for engineering specializations, and 88% for other disciplines.
