Manama: In line with the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, Mashael Al Qutami, the Acting Secretary General of the Isa bin Salman Education Charitable Trust, participated in Tree Week activities. The participation aims to support the Trust's efforts in expanding green spaces.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the initiative supports Bahrain's national afforestation plan, which aims to double the number of trees to 3.6 million by 2035. This effort is part of the Kingdom's vision to achieve carbon neutrality by 2060.
