Iraq and Bahrain discuss cooperation in development fields, especially electricity

The Chargé d’Affairs for Iraq in Manama, Muayyad Omar Abdul Rahman, met with Wael bin Nasser Al Mubarak, Bahraini Minister of Electricity and Water Affairs.

The Chargé d’Affairs praised the distinguished relations between the two countries, calling for joint cooperation in various development fields.

In the meeting, according to a statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, visions and ideas were exchanged on the electricity sector, and its vital importance in the process of development and development, stressing Iraq’s readiness to enhance cooperation in the electricity and water sectors to serve the two brotherly countries.

For his part, the Bahraini Minister of Electricity and Water Affairs wished the Chargé d’Affairs success in performing his duties, which would contribute to supporting and strengthening distinguished ties and bilateral coordination in all fields.
