Manama: Dr. Shaikha Rana Bint Isa Bin Duaij Al Khalifa, Director General of the Institute of Public Administration (IPA), received Dr. Fatema Abduljabbar Al Kooheji, Chairwoman of the Bahrain Businesswomen Society (BBS).
