Information Minister stressed the importance of cumulative skills in enhancing performance

Information Affairs Minister Ali bin Mohammed Al Romaihi stressed the importance of cumulative skills and practices for Government leaders.

He underlined the role of unified visions and strategies in enhancing Government work, sharing challenges and achievements, facilitating procedures and improving delivered services.

The minister was speaking as he met affiliates of the Leaders and “Kawader” programmes, being organized by the Bahrain Institute of Public Administration (BIPA) as part of the national leadership programme.

Al Romaihi briefed directors and heads of Government departments about his cumulative experience and strategies during his professional career for management of his work teams.

He stressed the importance of participatory administrative work which engages all individuals to play a pivotal role at all levels of employment.

“Leadership is knowledge and experience gained by those who aspire to make improvements and develop work, and the leadership position will be obtained by those who persevere and show resilience”, he said.

He highlighted his leadership role through his work with the cadres of the Information Affairs Minister and their collective team-work spirit to achieve the ministry’s strategic visions.

“Teamwork and unified institutional goals are the basis for the success of any work, whether in the government work system or the private sector”, he said.

He said that the ministry will continue its media and administrative efforts to meet the aspirations of the public in Bahrain in particular and the regional region in general.
