Information Affairs Minister Dr. Ramzan bin Abdulla Alnoaimi commended national talents for creating meaningful media content that enhances loyalty and belonging to the nation.
He hailed the development process led by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa. with the support and follow-up of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
Dr. Alnoaimi made the statement as he received, in the presence of Undersecretary Dr. Abdulrahman Mohammed Baher and Assistant Undersecretary for Radio and TV Abdulla Khalid Al Dosari, the team in charge of “Watani”, which won the the Golden Award for the best talk show at the level of the Arab countries at the 22nd Arab Radio and Television Festival, which was hosted by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from 9 to 12 November.
The minister congratulated the work team, stressing the importance of the programme which reflected shining aspects of life in the Kingdom of Bahrain and success stories in various sectors.
He said that the Arab award recognizes the quality of Bahrain’s radio and TV productions, expressing pride in national cadres which strive to develop the media sector.
