Abu dhabi: In the presence of His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President of the United Arab Emirates, Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister of the Presidential Court, Abdulla bin Adel Fakhro, Minister of Industry and Commerce, participated in the fifth edition of the "Make it in the Emirates (MIITE 2026)" Forum.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the forum highlighted Bahrain and UAE industrial cooperation opportunities and explored using advanced technologies to support SMEs, in line with Bahrain's Industrial Sector Strategy (2022-2026).
Minister Fakhro highlighted the event's strategic importance in strengthening industrial resilience and stressed the need for joint efforts to turn ongoing changes into opportunities for growth and innovation through regional value chain integration.
On the sidelines of the forum, Minister Fakhro met Yarub Falah Al Qudah, Minister of Industry, Trade, and Supply of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The meeting discussed enhancing strategic partnerships and investments that achieve sustainable development and strengthen the region's position as a leading hub for advanced industries.
