Manama: As part of his visit to the Kingdom of Bahrain, His Excellency Dorjkhand Togmid, Deputy Prime Minister of Mongolia, and his accompanying delegation met with Abdulla bin Adel Fakhro, Minister of Industry and Commerce. They reviewed bilateral relations and means to enhance them.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Minister Fakhro emphasized Bahrain's commitment, under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the directives of the government headed by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to accelerating cooperation in all domains with friendly countries in commerce, industry, and investment. The minister highlighted the incentives and opportunities within Bahrain's investment environment and the extensive facilities provided by the government to investors from around the world, making it a preferred destination for many international projects and investments.
Dr. Khaled Fahad Al Alawi, Assistant Undersecretary for Industrial Development at the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, presented key statistics on Bahrain International Investment Zone. He outlined its advantages and incentives as a model area for investors. He also highlighted the initiatives and enablers Bahrain offers for industrial investment. Al Alawi referred to the developments of infrastructure projects within industrial zones under the Industrial Sector Strategy (2022-2026). He discussed expansion and development plans aimed at enhancing Bahrain's position as an investment destination for major projects that contribute to creating promising job opportunities for citizens and achieving the desired economic impact.
