Riffa: HRH the Deputy King, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, held a meeting with Lord Jason Stockwood, the Minister of State (Minister of Investment) of the United Kingdom, at Riffa Palace. The meeting underscored the deep-rooted historic ties between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the United Kingdom, with a focus on expanding opportunities that align with their shared aspirations.
According to Bahrain News Agency, HRH the Deputy King highlighted the sustained growth in bilateral strategic cooperation, which is supported by various agreements and memoranda of understanding. He stressed the importance of enhancing the partnership, particularly in the economic and investment sectors, to build on existing collaborations.
The discussions also covered issues of mutual interest and explored ways to further advance cooperation between the two nations. The meeting was attended by His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Minister of the Prime Minister's Court, along with several senior officials, reflecting the high level of commitment from both sides.
