Kuwait city: His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today met with His Highness Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the Amir of the State of Kuwait. The meeting was part of HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister's official visit to Kuwait.
According to Bahrain News Agency, HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister affirmed the deep-rooted relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the State of Kuwait. These relations are supported by longstanding historical ties that continue to progress under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Highness Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah. The meeting focused on reinforcing the strategic partnership to create opportunities for both countries and their peoples.
During the meeting, HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa conveyed the greetings of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa to HH the Amir of Kuwait, along with his best wishes for the continued progress and prosperity of Kuwait. In response, HH Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah conveyed his greetings to HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and expressed his wishes for Bahrain's continued progress and prosperity.
HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad also commended the advancement of Bahrain-Kuwait relations and multisectoral collaboration, affirming Bahrain's commitment to furthering the partnership across all levels. The discussions included avenues to advance cooperation and issues of common interest. His Highness Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah, Crown Prince of the State of Kuwait, was also in attendance.
