Manama: Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, Consort of His Majesty the King and President of the Supreme Council for Women (SCW), received a cable of congratulations from Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, the Advisor to His Majesty the King for Diplomatic Affairs, on Bahraini Women's Day, observed annually on December 1. According to Bahrain News Agency, Shaikh Khalid expressed pride in the progress achieved by Bahraini women, recognising their significant contributions to various fields and their role in shaping the nation's future. He attributed this success to the steadfast support and visionary leadership of HRH Princess Sabeeka. He commended SCW's efforts, under HRH Princess Sabeeka's leadership, to provide the resources and opportunities that enable women to excel and remain pivotal to Bahrain's development journey. He noted their role in addressing key national issues and elevating Bahrain's profile on the international stage.
