Manama: Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, Minister of Foreign Affairs, congratulated Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, Consort of His Majesty the King and President of the Supreme Council for Women (SCW), on Bahraini Women's Day. The minister emphasized that this national occasion reflects the esteemed status of Bahraini women, attributed to the vision of Her Royal Highness and her efforts to empower women as partners in sustainable development. He noted that under the support of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, Bahraini women have excelled in various fields and leadership roles. According to Bahrain News Agency, Dr. Al Zayani praised the SCW, led by HRH Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim, for empowering Bahraini women through national strategies and enhancing their role in development. He highlighted their global achievements in diplomacy, economics, and science as a testament to policies supporting their vital contributions. He wished HRH continued success in fostering progress under the leadership of HM the King and the support of HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
