Manama: Counselor Abdullah bin Hassan Al Buainain, President of the Constitutional Court, congratulated Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, Consort of His Majesty the King and President of the Supreme Council for Women (SCW), on Bahraini Women's Day.
