Manama: His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Bahrain Economic Development Board (EDB), today issued Edict (1) of 2025 regarding the reformation of the Board of Directors of Bahrain Bourse B.S.C.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the new Board of Directors for Bahrain Bourse B.S.C. (Closed) will include nine members: Yousif Abdullah Al Yousif, Yousif Abdullah Ali Reza, Nabeel Saleh Abdulaal, Raed Abdulla Fakhro, Eman Jawad Al Asfoor, Habeeb Jawad Habeeb, Fatema Hamad Abul, Abdulla Abdulrazzaq Bukhowa, and Aisha Mohammed Abdulmalik.
The term of membership for the newly appointed board members is set for three years, commencing from the date of issuance of the edict. This decision is effective immediately and will be formally documented in the Official Gazette.
