HRH Crown Prince Congratulates Bahraini Journalists Association Leadership

Manama: His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, extended his congratulations to Isa Al Shaiji, President of the Bahraini Journalists Association, on his re-election as Chairman of the Association, along with the newly elected Board Members. The Crown Prince and Prime Minister expressed his wishes for their continued success in enhancing the role of Bahraini journalism within the Kingdom's comprehensive development framework, which is led by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.

According to Bahrain News Agency, HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister also conveyed his hopes for the new Board of Directors to succeed in fulfilling the responsibilities of the Bahraini Journalists Association. These responsibilities include serving the association's members, advancing journalistic practices, and developing the skills of Bahraini journalists.

HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad acknowledged the efforts of the founders and previous Board members, whose contributions have significantly advanced journalism in Bahrain. He praised the Association's achievements and successes over the past 25 years, attributing these to the dedication of numerous prominent journalists and media professionals.

The Crown Prince and Prime Minister further recognized the significant role played by Bahraini journalists as national partners, serving the Kingdom and its citizens by promoting community awareness through purposeful messaging that supports Bahrain's development. HRH expressed his pride in the commitment and diligence of all journalists, whose daily efforts are vital to serving Bahrain's society and its people.
