Manama: His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al-Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces and Prime Minister, received a cable of congratulations from HE Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, Commander-in-Chief of the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF). The commendation was in recognition of the international achievements secured by the BDF's military judo and golf teams.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the BDF's teams participated in the 43rd World Military Judo Championship in Germany and the 16th CISM World Military Golf Championship in Kenya. The achievements at these prestigious events have highlighted the capabilities and competitive spirit of the BDF athletes on an international stage.
