HRH Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Bahrain Meets with US Congressional Delegation

Manama: His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Bahrain, held a meeting today with a United States congressional delegation led by Representative Bradley Schneider at Gudaibiya Palace. The meeting focused on the robust strategic partnership between Bahrain and the United States, emphasizing mutually beneficial cooperation and longstanding agreements, including the Comprehensive Security Integration and Prosperity Agreement (C-SIPA).

According to Bahrain News Agency, His Royal Highness stressed the importance of enhancing this advanced partnership while discussing issues of common interest. These included regional and international developments and their effects on security and stability. His Royal Highness reaffirmed Bahrain's commitment to resolving crises through dialogue and diplomatic means, including ongoing US-Iran nuclear negotiations, and emphasized the necessity of ending regional conflicts for the benefit of all people in the region.

Furthermore, His Royal Highness acknowledged the critical role of the United States, alongside its allies, in maintaining global peace and security. The meeting was attended by His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Minister of the Prime Minister's Court, His Excellency Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Minister of Finance and National Economy, and several senior officials.
