HRH Crown Prince and Prime Minister Meets Shura Council Chairman and Key Officials

Manama: His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today held a meeting with His Excellency Ali bin Saleh Al Saleh, the Chairman of the Shura Council, at Gudaibiya Palace. The meeting was attended by deputies from the Shura Council and the Council of Representatives, as well as members of their Financial and Economic Affairs Committees, several members of both Councils, and HE Sameer Abdulla Nass, the Chairman of the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

According to Bahrain News Agency, HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad highlighted the Kingdom's achievements and progress as a result of the efforts of Team Bahrain. He emphasized the continuous dedication of Team Bahrain in advancing the Kingdom's development across multiple sectors. HRH Prince Salman underscored the cooperative spirit between the Executive and Legislative Authorities, which reflects a shared resolve to fulfill the Kingdom's comprehensive development goals under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.

HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister emphasized the importance of unity and responsibility within Team Bahrain, which have been instrumental in the Kingdom's accomplishments. He praised the achievements of the sixth legislative session, noting the productive collaboration between the authorities and the private sector.

The private sector's role was highlighted as a crucial partner in the Kingdom's economic development. HRH Prince Salman reiterated the significance of the private sector in advancing economic goals.

HE Al Saleh and HE Sameer Abdulla Nass expressed gratitude for HRH Prince Salman's commitment to fostering cooperation between the Executive and Legislative authorities and the private sector to enhance the prosperity of Bahrain and its citizens. The meeting was also attended by HE Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, the Deputy Prime Minister, HE General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, the Minister of Interior, HE Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, the Minister of Finance and National Economy, and several senior officials.
