Manama: Dr. Mohamed bin Mubarak Juma, Minister of Education, welcomed Dr. Mohamed bin Saud Al Moqbil, Director General of the Arab Bureau of Education for the Gulf States, to discuss educational collaboration within the Gulf region.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the meeting highlighted Bahrain's pride in its membership in the Bureau, which is seen as a significant achievement of joint Gulf efforts under the framework of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC). The Minister emphasized the ongoing support of the Ministry of Education for the Bureau, its various institutions, and its educational initiatives aimed at regional development.
The discussions between the two officials focused on strengthening cooperation in executing the Bureau's strategies and plans. These initiatives are designed to support educational development efforts across the member states of the GCC, reflecting a shared commitment to advancing education in the Gulf region.
Dr. Al Moqbil expressed his gratitude to the Minister for his continuous support, praising Bahrain's role in promoting the Bureau's mission and enhancing its reputation within the educational community.
