Manama: His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, has issued Edict (16) of 2025 announcing new appointments at the National Health Regulatory Authority (NHRA). The appointments were made following a proposal by the Chairman of the Supreme Council of Health (SCH).
According to Bahrain News Agency, the edict details the appointments of Sofia Adel Shaaban Al Dairi as the Director of Regulatory Affairs, and Abdulla Mohammed Taher Al Raies as the Director of Healthcare Facilities Oversight at the NHRA. The directive mandates that the Chairman of the SCH is responsible for implementing the edict, which is effective immediately upon issuance and will be documented in the Official Gazette.
