HRH Crown Prince and Prime Minister Commends Bahraini Teachers for Achievements in UAE Educational Competitions

Gudaibiya: His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, met with several teachers today to acknowledge their achievements in educational competitions organized by the United Arab Emirates (UAE) at Gudaibiya Palace.

According to Bahrain News Agency, HRH Prince Salman emphasized the significance of Bahrain's national workforce, highlighting the crucial role citizens play in advancing the Kingdom's educational accomplishments. He affirmed that His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa's future-oriented vision continues to steer the government's plans and programs aimed at enhancing the education sector.

HRH Prince Salman praised the dedication of Bahraini teachers, noting their pivotal role in bolstering the Kingdom's educational sector and its global competitiveness. He reiterated Bahrain's commitment to investing in its national workforce by expanding educational opportunities that foster the Kingdom's continuous development.

During the meeting, HRH Prince Salman congratulated the teachers on their achievements and the conclusion of the 2024 - 2025 academic year. He commended the students' accomplishments, attributing them to the dedication of the teaching and administrative staff. His Royal Highness expressed pride in Bahraini teachers' efforts to advance education and reaffirmed the Kingdom's commitment to cultivating an educational environment that promotes excellence, welcoming the contributions of the Ministry of Education's personnel.

HRH Prince Salman also highlighted the importance of adopting innovative solutions to keep pace with global educational advancements, strengthening Bahraini teachers' capabilities, and elevating the educational system. Additionally, he praised the strong relations between Bahrain and the UAE, as demonstrated by mutual participation in educational competitions.

Teacher Isa Hussain Ali Mohammed received the 2025 Khalifa Creative Arab Teacher award, while Shaikha Nabeel Hamad Al Hamad was honored with the 2024 Khalifa Creative Arab Teacher award. Maram Abdul Majeed Al Qasimi was awarded the Individual Excellence Medal in cultural, artistic, and media excellence as part of the Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak Programme for Excellence and Community Intelligence.

The teachers expressed gratitude for HRH Prince Salman's unwavering support of the educational sector, noting its contribution to their continued excellence and achievements. The meeting was attended by His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Minister of the Prime Minister's Court, His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, His Excellency Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, the Minister of Finance and National Economy, and several senior officials.
