Manama: Amna bint Ahmed Al Rumaihi, Minister of Housing and Urban Planning, emphasised that the The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning's remote customer service centre's platinum classification under the "Taqyeem" evaluation programme serves as a strong incentive to continue advancing government services in line with the goals of the Government Programme (2023-2026), particularly in the areas of government performance and digital transformation. She noted that the centre's digital platform has seen strong engagement from citizens since its launch, as it provides all the housing services available at the Ministry's headquarters. The platform is user-friendly and offers various support tools, enabling users to complete their transactions with ease. Interactive features also help strengthen communication between the Ministry and the public.
