Riyadh: Amna bint Ahmed Al Romaihi, Minister of Housing and Urban Planning, conducted a series of bilateral meetings with key figures on the sidelines of the 5th Future Real Estate Forum 2026, which took place in Riyadh from January 26 to 28. The discussions involved Majed bin Abdullah Al Hogail, Saudi Minister of Municipalities and Housing; Abdullah bin Hamad Al Attiya, Qatari Minister of Municipality; Sherif Magdy El Sherbiny, Egypt’s Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities; and Antonio Campagnoli, Chair of the Financial Committee and President of the Professional Division.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the meetings focused on exploring opportunities for collaboration in housing and urban planning. Participants exchanged expertise to bolster joint programmes and support the development of the real estate sector. The dialogue also covered the ministry’s initiatives aimed at providing housing services for citizens, including new programmes designed to offer sustainable and immediate housing solutions in collaboration with the private sector, along with housing city projects.
The meetings underscored shared approaches and international practices in housing, planning, and urban development, aiming to enhance cooperation and innovation in these fields.
