Manama: His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa has issued Order (22) of 2025, announcing a restructuring of the Board of Trustees for The Bahrain Centre for Strategic, International and Energy Studies (Derasat).
According to Bahrain News Agency, the restructured board will be chaired by Dr. Shaikh Abdullah bin Ahmed bin Abdullah Al Khalifa. The board will include Dr. Khalifa bin Ali Al Fadhel as Vice Chairman, as well as members Shaikh Abdullah bin Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Jassim Isa Al Shirawi, Hisham Ahmed Al Rayes, and Athraa Sayed Abbas Mousawi. The appointed members will serve a term of four years.
The royal order specifies that the new structure will take effect immediately upon issuance and will be published in the Official Gazette.
