HM King receives Media Affairs Advisor

His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received, at the Al-Sakhir Palace today, Advisor to HM the King for Media Affairs, Nabil bin Yacoub Al-Hamar.

HM the King was presented with a book that documents the royal keynote speeches between 2014 and 2020, prepared by the Media Affairs Department at the Royal Court, under the supervision of Advisor Al-Hamar, and in cooperation with the Information Affairs Ministry.

HM the King was briefed by Advisor Al-Hamar about the book, which is the fourth in a series of books, compiled as part of a project to archive and document the royal speeches during HM the King’s prosperous era.

HM King Hamad expressed thanks and appreciation to Media Affairs Advisor for the valuable publication, commending the tremendous efforts exerted to compile the book.

HM the King stressed that his keynote speeches had focused on a wide range of national issues, and praised the role played by Bahrainis across various areas of the development, progress and modernsation march the kingdom is witnessing, in addition to the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), Arab and international issues and Bahrain’s stances towards them.

On the occasion, Advisor Nabil Al-Hamar said that he was honoured by meeting HM the King, extending utmost thanks and gratitude to HM King Hamad for praising the book.

Al-Hamar affirmed that the royal keynote speeches cover an important historical phase in the kingdom’s modern history, as well as the landmark achievements attained by the kingdom and its citizens in the educational, social, cultural and economic fields, among others, during HM the King’s prosperous era.

He expressed deep pride in HM the King’s keynote speeches, which, he said, laid the foundations for the development process in the kingdom, and included Bahrain’s stances vis-à-vis various developments.

Advisor Al-Hamar indicated that the royal speeches constitute an important reference for researchers and those interested in the history of the Kingdom, praying to Allah the Almighty to bless HM the King with abundant health, happiness and long life so as to continue bringing about more progress to the kingdom.
