Manama: His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa ratified and issued Law (12) of 2026, which amends certain provisions of the Law of Evidence in Civil and Commercial Matters. This follows the approval of the Shura Council and the Council of Representatives.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the Prime Minister and the Ministers are tasked with implementing the provisions of this law, each within their respective capacities. The law is set to come into force the day after its publication in the Official Gazette.
