Manama: His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa has ratified and issued Law (42) of 2025, which amends the Public Security Forces Law originally established by Decree-Law 3 of 1982. This development comes after the law received approval from both the Shura Council and the Council of Representatives.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the responsibility for implementing the provisions of this newly ratified law falls to the Prime Minister and the ministers, each within the scope of their respective capacities. The law is set to become effective the day after its publication in the Official Gazette.
