His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa today issued Royal Decree (60) of 2022, designating the Telecommunication Regulatory Authority (TRA) as the Competent Administrative Agency stipulated in Decree-Law (55) of 2018 with respect to Electronic Transferable Records, based on the proposal of the Prime Minister, and after the approval of the Cabinet.
The Prime Minister and minister, each in their capacity, shall implement the provisions of this decree, which comes into force immediately and will be published in the Official Gazette.
