HM King Issues Decree (45) of 2025 Appointing New Chief Executive of Supreme Council for Environment

Manama: His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa has issued Decree (45) of 2025, appointing a new Chief Executive for the Supreme Council for Environment. This decision follows the nomination by the Chairman of the Supreme Council for Environment and the subsequent approval by the Cabinet.

According to Bahrain News Agency, Amina Hamad Ali Al Rumaihi, currently serving as the Director of Communication and Environmental Awareness at the Supreme Council for Environment, has been appointed as the new Chief Executive. She will assume her new position at the rank of Undersecretary, taking over from Dr. Mohammed bin Mubarak bin Dainah.

The decree mandates that the Chairman of the Supreme Council for Environment is responsible for implementing its provisions. The decree is effective immediately and will be published in the Official Gazette.
