Manama: His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa today held a phone call with the Chairman of the Transitional Sovereignty Council of the Republic of the Sudan, HE Lieutenant-General Abdel Fattah Al Burhan.
HM the King praised strong bilateral relations binding the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Republic of the Sudan, noting the Kingdom’s keenness on expanding joint cooperation and coordination.
During the call, HM the King wished the President of the Sudanese Transitional Sovereignty Council success in his efforts to achieve the aspirations of the Sudanese people for peace, stability, development and prosperity.
HE Lt.Gen. Abdel Fattah Al Burhan lauded HM the King’s support to solid relations binding the two brotherly countries, noting growing ties across all fields.
The Sudanese leader wished HM the King abundant health and happiness and the Kingdom of Bahrain and its people further development, progress and prosperity.
