Manama: His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa has ratified and issued Law (9) of 2025, officially approving the Digital Cooperation Organisation Charter. This decision comes after the charter received approval from both the Shura Council and the Council of Representatives.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the charter attached to this law was initially signed in Manama on 8 Rabi' Al Akhar 1442 AH, which corresponds to November 23, 2020. The law mandates that the Prime Minister and other ministers, each within their designated roles, execute the provisions of this law. It is set to take effect the day after it is published in the Official Gazette.
